STEP 1: APPLY ONLINE
Submit your application and take the first step toward work with real impact. We review every application thoughtfully, looking for how your experience and perspective can help move the work forward.
STEP 2: PRELIMINARY PHONE SCREEN
You’ll connect with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, what drives you, and what you’re looking for next. You’ll also get a clearer view of Nusano, the role, and how your work would contribute to our mission.
STEP 3: FORMAL INTERVIEW(S)
You’ll meet with team members and cross-functional partners to explore your experience in depth. We focus on how you think, solve problems, and collaborate—because that’s what drives progress in complex, fast-moving work.
STEP 4: JOB OFFER
When there’s strong alignment, we move quickly. We’ll extend an offer and walk through the details together so you have the clarity and confidence to make the right decision.
STEP 5: PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENINGS
We’ll complete final steps before your start date, including background checks and employment verification. Our team will keep you informed so you have clarity at every step.
STEP 6: ONBOARDING
From day one, you’ll be set up to contribute. You’ll be connected with your team, equipped with the right tools, and given the context you need to start building momentum right away.
Benefits FAQs
Who is eligible?
Individuals who work an average of at least 30 hours per week (approximately 130 hours per month), are eligible for benefits. If you are a newly hired employee who is expected to meet this threshold, benefits will begin on your date of hire.
When do I enroll?
Individuals can enroll for coverage within 30 days of their date of hire, or during the annual open enrollment period. Outside of the open enrollment period, the only time an individual can change their coverage is within 30 days after you experience a qualifying event.
When does coverage end?
For most benefits, coverage will end on the last day of the month in which:
- Your regular work schedule is reduced to fewer than 30 hours per week
- Your employment with Nusano ends
Your dependent(s) coverage ends:
- When your coverage ends, or
- The last day of the month in which the dependent is no longer eligible
