October 29, 2024 – Utah Business‘ 2024 class of “Healthcare Heroes” includes one of Nusano’s very own, Greg Moffitt.
Greg is the director of Target Development for Nusano. He operates at the forefront of efforts to addressing and solve the supply chain issues threatening the entire radiopharmaceuticals industry.
Opening in 2025, Nusano’s West Valley City, Utah production facility will make radioisotopes quickly, efficiently and affordably. Built around a proprietary ion source, the Nusano platform will be capable of producing more than 25 isotopes of interest to medicine, including up to 12 different isotopes simultaneously.
Different isotopes are created by changing the targets used inside the facility, meaning Moffitt and the Nusano team will be able to adapt the facility’s production in real-time to meet changing market demands and enable the needs of cancer researchers. This will make desperately needed resources available to patients around the world and offer those with life-threatening diseases hope for a healthier tomorrow.
